Hello,

We have TL-SX3800F v.1.0 with TL-SM321A and MC220L witch TL-SM321B on other side. TL-SX3800F have 8xSFP+ (10G) ports and we need switch ports via concole on TL-SX3800F to SFP (1G), to work with TL-SM321A. I can connect to switch via console (with PUTTY) but I don know CLI commands to change SFP+ to SFP mode on ports. Can you helm me please ?

Check the CLI guide: https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202011/20201103/1910012904_T16_T26_CLI.pdf (page 41)

You have to enter in enable mode, config, and then configure the ten gigabit port number and set the speed to 1000.

The TL-SX3800F in Controller mode is configured with 10G ports by default. For your case, you can try the Beta firmware provided in this post.
