Hi,

I would like to buy a EAP230-wall for my office on the attic and the EAP230-wall looks right for the job.

I'm planning to buy an OC200 and switch and setup vlans in the future.

Now I've read some reviews (this seems to be a relatieve new model since reviews are hard to find I found out) and the uplink speed is 100Mbit when EAP230 is power with POE (af). I have a POE switch that supports af and not at. So then all devices on the attic are on 100Mb instead of 1Gb, I hope not!

So question is, can I power the eap230-wall with POE (af) and still have 1Gb on the lan cable?
