Wondering if TP-LINK has plans to offer more powerful and feature rich gateway devices in the future? Something with more VPN throughput, support for things like wireguard, and more robust firewall features.

Don't get me wrong for $50 the ER605 is a pretty good deal as a gateway device. It would be nice however if there was something with more firewall features and more VPN throughput. (Potentially a few different models) I'm not looking for Pfsense level firewall features, but support for IPv6 in the firewall features would be a start. Also being able to create stateful access rules between subnets/Vlans/Ports and WAN>LAN access controls would be big feature additions.

I found these devices and thought if TP-LINK could offer something similar that is managed and controlled through their controller that would be a huge selling point for the whole TP-LINK Omada brand.
