I am just about ready to buy one of the Jetsream switches TL-SG3428MP or TL-SG2428P . One has the console port, and more watts of PoE. How important is the console port to you if you have one of these switches? Thanks.

In most cases, console port is designed for resetting switch and CLI management. It's more complicated.

If you don't need to use CLI management, I think TL-SG2428P is a good option. It has a reset hole on hardware.
