To ensure the URL filtering can deny the desired websites, it's suggested to add the URL with a wildcard(*).

Please try to deny the following domains and test whether the clients connected to the SSID can still access those websites.

*.youtube.*

*.facebook.*

*.Instagram.*

*.spotify.*

*.twitter.*

Add more if there is any...Hope it helps.

There might be multiple domain names for those social websites, so it's hard to block the social websites via one URL, you may need to add every domain format to block them.

For example, the domain name of YouTube could also be "youtube.xxxx", then try adding youtube.* in the Deny rule and see if it works.

If you still can access all websites, please clear the DNS cache to double-check it.

If you are using Google browser for testing, please try other browsers like Firefox and see if it makes any difference.

Besides, you may check and write down the accessible URLs, compare them with the URLs you added in the Deny rule.
