The EAP265HD is in standalone mode without a controller. I can access its web portal locally. I set port forward in the router but EAP265HD does not respond when I access from outside. I tried turning on 'Layer 3 Accessibility' but still not working. Any idea how to make it work?

Please navigate to the Management > Network page, ensure the network gateway is configured.
@Fae It is configured with DHCP. In fact, the 'Layer-3 Accessibility' does the trick but I think a restart is required even though it doesn't say so. It worked after a restart.
