I can also confirm the exact behaviour on the ER-7206. I also had to revert again. All my nasses, servers etc are not reachabele anymore internally over the FQDN with public IP... not funny.
Do you mean that the NAT Loopback stops working after you upgrade the ER605/ER7206 firmware to 1.1.0, while reverting it back to 1.0.1 can solve the issue?
Edit:
The NAT Loopback issue has been reported to the R&D team who will make a beta firmware to fix the issue with high priority.
I'll update the following post as soon as possible once the beta firmware is available.

At least of the new features is the option to do some tuning with the firewall.

Nat loopback (hairpinning) was working before the update. After this update not anymore.
Is there some setting to enable this in the new firmware.

@PeterHor quickly checked it after your reply. Indeed it's not working... at least for TCP.
I use mosh (c mosh.org) for secure roaming connections to my Linux server.
Initiating a new sessions goes over TCP (ssh TCP/22), once in place it uses UDP (UDP 60000-65000).
creation of a new session fails (using TCP) from the LAN, while reconnecting to an existing session (UDP) works fine.
So far I haven't found a setting to "fix" it.
@Fae - any input?

I just noticed the same with Home Assistant and loopback not working. Looks like a firmware rollback is in my near future.
