Switch TL-SG2008P no statistic after upgrade fw
Hello,
statistics for devices connected to the LAN switch have stopped being recorded after firmware update.
The network has a topology:

1. switch port - EAP245(EU) v3.0 5.0.2 Build 20210303 Rel. 34713
2. switch port - EAP225-Outdoor(EU) v1.0 5.0.3 Build 20210316 Rel. 67358
3. switch port - OC200 1.0 20210406 Rel.58757 con.ver. 4.3.5
next switch port TV, NAS, PC.
Thank for fix,
Pavel

I tried updating one of the switches to the buggy 1.01 FW to see if that helped. But it doesn't. I just see this 1.01 version, no 1.02. Really strange..

If you are looking for the new firmware 1.0.2 for the TL-SG2008P V1.0, it's published on the official website yesterday.
Here is the firmware download link: TL-SG2008P_V1_1.0.2_20210806

After I updated my switches to the 'buggy' FW first and then pressed the check for updates button, a couple of hours later it came up with new FW for my TL-SG2218 first and a couple of hours later, the new FW for my TL-SG2008P came up. On the other hand, my TL-SG2008 (so without POE), is still running the buggy FW (3.01 in this case) and no update yet. Checking the site and seeing the post in this topic, it also doesn't state a new version for the TL-SG2008, except for HW version v4, I have v3.
So there is something strange going on here. Using omada cloud at least, It seems that you can't skip a version for some reason.

@Fae I'm now seeing stats again for devices connected to the switch, there is still a bug however.
Devices connected via a non-managed switch to the Tp-Link switch still have all 0s.
Running software controller v4.4.4 using Docker.

I do notice that with the new FW, the issues are not fully gone.
In the past you could, as far as I could remember (pretty sure actually), also see the statistics on LAG ports, but now there is no data at all, not even showing 0.
This is not the way it should be.

Still no love for the SG2008. I see there's a new v4, hope this doesn't mean the v3 is abandoned. Mine is still very new.
I had been considering changing to an ER605 router to manage everything through Omada but if this is how well it'll be supported then no.

Yesterday I noticed that there was an update for the TL-SG2008 v3 as well. So it looks like the problems are all fixed now. Well... the LAG's still read nothing while as far as I can remember, they did in older FW versions. Could anyone confirm?

I finally saw 3.0.3 and tried to upgrade but the upgrade failed, twice. This was from Omada controller 4.4.4.
I'm not sure what's going on now.
I did notice something odd, thought it was a typo:
1. For TL-SG2008P(UN) 3.0 and 3.6.
But this is TL-SG2008. No "P".
Is this a typo or is this firmware actually intended for the TL-SG2008P and that's why it keeps rejecting the upgrade?

It turns out I needed to upgrade my SG2008 from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 then to 3.0.2. I could not go from 3.0.0 directly to 3.0.2, it always failed and I tried about 5 times.
All good now. It's running 3.0.2 and it's showing port statistics.
