Hopefully this is getting there. Also in the Netherlands we have the need for DHCP option 60 on WAN side. This is for KPN, the biggest provider on fiber and is also a wholesale party for multiple other providers. So if this is getting a possibility, i think many people are happy with it.

Did some extra digging, for KPN the following settings must be made to ensure that you get the right info from the provider DHCP:

 

interface "eth0.4" {
  request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, routers, rfc3442-classless-static-routes;
  send vendor-class-identifier "IPTV_RG";

 

request is done by option 55 (option 55 has 1, 3, 28 en 121 as parameters)

 

Where VLan 4 is the Vlan that KPN uses for IPTV traffic. 

 

And for the igmpproxy:

 

quickleave

phyint eth0.4 upstream  ratelimit 0  threshold 1
        altnet 213.75.0.0/16
        altnet 217.166.0.0/16
 
phyint eth0.44 downstream  ratelimit 0  threshold 1
        altnet 192.168.2.0/24 #internal subnet

I plan on using Omada hardware on our new company network and I also would love to see this feature available so I can plug the fiber directly in the ER-7206.

As so many others have mentioned, this is required for a number of European ISP, making my ER605 useless currently!
