TL-R605 PPPoE static ip address
How to configure static ip address in PPPoE WAN connection (primary, not in secondary connection)? I don't see any option for this.

If your ISP provides static IP addresses for your PPPoE connection, all that needed is to select the WAN as PPPoE and enter the username & password credentials, the static IP addresses will be assigned to the WAN interface once the WAN is plugged in.
From the screenshot, it seems that your PPPoE connection is working. Do you find the WAN IP addresses are dynamic?

@Fae My ISP told me to set a static ip address in my WAN PPPoE with 255.255.255.128 mask and I couldn't do this because there is no option for that.
In my another router (Synology) I have the option for setting static or dynamic IP address.

On the ER605, we can only configure secondary connection as static IP on PPPoE connection.
Have you tried the secondary connection and does it work for your case?
