Model: TL-R480T+
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.1.2 Build 20130116 Rel.45581s

I have 480T+ loadbalancer I have two WANs connections  connected,  but when one of the WANS get disconnected  I loose the Internet connection, I have to manually  disconnect the the lost WAN in order for me to access  Internet  again.

The only reason someone  would buy loadbalancer is to have constant connection and the loadbalancer  would  automatically switch between WANs.

I am not sure where is the issue

@MohamedAdam

Have you configured Load Balancing or Link backup under Transimission?

Best regards

I configured it as a loadbalancer. I want both WANs to be working at the same time. When you set it as a link backup, the secondary WANs works only if the main WAN gets disconnected
