Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.5 (20200110)

On the Omada Compatibility List, the T1600G-52PS is now listed as a compatible Switch.

https://www.tp-link.com/us/omada-sdn/product-list/

but after the last firmware upgrade, the switch seems not to be detected nor has an option to add in the Omada.

where or how can the switch now be used in Omada?

Also on the TP-Link website the T1600G-52PS is now listed as a V4 and a V6 but I can nowhere find an update to V6 so I think that this will be the TL-SG2452P

Does anyone have a clue about this topic?

Andreas

I'm hoping for a response to this too. I have the same issue - I just bought a T1600G-52PS, hardware version is 4.6, firmware is 4.0.5 [20200110-rel51761], but my OC200 controller doesn't see the switch to adopt it.

I bought this switch specifically because of the Omada compatibility, so I'm hoping it just needs a newer firmware from TP-Link or something.

So I reached out to support about this. If I'm interpreting their response correctly, a new firmware release with Omada support is imminent. They said to keep an eye on the support page.
