I tried set Rate Limit on my Synology NAS, but no success.
Is something working properly on this device?

Hello,
I found a solution, Port Profile, set speed limit. Is it not possible to solve it elegantly via Device Config? Here the restriction only works for wifi clients.
Under SETTINGS > TRANSMISSION > BANDWIDTH CONTROL you can set it in there for VLAN or IP Group
I have it set for VLAN at moment and it works perfectly.
