TL-ER5120 Load Balancer WAN Connection Cuts Connection & Modem Freezes
Hi Everyone,
I have recently purchased TL-ER5120 Load Balancer and I am in test phase for my company network system.
Network system has the following devices.
1.Huawei B618S-22D 600 Mbps 4.5G Modem - 4G / 4.5G Mobile Connection Modem which has LAN connection connected to WAN 1 or WAN 2 port. - 192.168.8.1 IP for WAN
2. ADSL Modem TP LINK Archer VR2600 connected to HP switch directly and not connected to WAN port of Load balancer at this moment. - 192.168.2.1 IP for direct connection to network not yet connected to Load Balancer
3. 5120g Load Balancer - 1 WAN Connection 192.168.2.2
Here is the problem,
1. for testing only Huwaei 4.5G modem is connected to Load balancer and Dynamic IP connects and gets IP without any problem. Has very good connection without any problem.
2. ADSL TP link modem I did not make the connection to WAN port of Load Balancer Yet, and it has 192.168.2.1 IP - Direct connection to Swift network system.
3. Computers, when automatic IP gathering in Network system directly connects from ADSL,
4. Computers I assign manuel IP and assign manual IP and assing Subnet mask etc and enter Defalut gateway as 192.168.2.2 (Which is IP of Load Balancer) and DNS as 192.168.2.2 (Which is IP of Load Balancer)
Until this moment no problem in work time for hours... Everyone is connecting to Internet without any problem either from ADSL or Load Balancer,
BUT,
When Work hours end, and in night or 12 hours or 24 hours passed of connection, Huwaei Connection 4.5G connection disconnects automatically and all computers having load balancer connection lost their internet connection.
It does not reconnect, never... And also I cannot enter the Huwaei modem setup menu to see the problem.
At first it has no problem but for 3-4 days it started to make problem in night. I am curious, maybe I changed a thing in setup options in Load Balancer Menu.
Everytime I have to "RESET" the huwaei Modem 4.5G everytime. And setup connection again and again..
Here are the possibilities.. I need to get information.
1.There is a DNS crash between ADSL modem and Load Balancer. ? Is it possible? DHCP is turned off for Huwaei modem and Load Balancer, Only Modem ADSL TP LINK has DHCP
2. Load Balancer Setup Menu - Transmission - Online Detection is set up to "automatic" for WAN Huwaei 4.5G modem. I think I shall try "ALWAYS ONLINE" ? So it will not cut connection?
3. Huwaei 4.5G Modem is connected to TP Link Load Balancer with Flat CAT 8 special LAN Cable. LAN Cable can be a cause to cut the connection after some time when network is IDLE?
4. Even I established the connection for Camera NAT - Virtual server connection and checked all midnight it was working properly, to keep the network working, I gave a try. But can it be because network is getting IDLE and it disconnects the WAN connection?
5. For questions, I will connect ADSL modem to other WAN port later, after my tests for one WAN port is completed. I will give a try to that.
I hope it is clear to understand my problem.
Open to any kind of suggestions and questions.
Thank you so much for your kind help.
