Hi, I have configured my router in mode "PPTP VPN Server", the question I have is how do I make my clients when connecting, to the server, Have a Fixed IP so that is Dynamics.

If only one client to connect, you can set the IP pool as only one so that this is also "fixed" IP, otherwise I don't think it can meet your demand.
