TL-SG1005D and CAT6 cable ?
Region : Belgium
Model : TL-SG1008
Hardware Version : V6
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hello,
I have a TL-SG1005D linking a NAS and 2 PCS to a Cisco RVS4000 router. All connected devices (PCs and NAS) can communicate with each other. However, they are all supposed to support 1000MB, but the router only shows a 100MB connection coming from the TL-SG1005D. I have used CAT 6 cable to connect everything and have seen in the specs of the TL-SG1005D that only CAT 5 is mentionned. Could this be the problem ? If not, why don't I have a Gbit connection between the TL-SG1005D and the Router ? (btw: all other connections to the Cisco router do work on Gbit speed).
