I have a SG105 5 port gig switch for my home network. The full system is Comcast XFi to a Netgear GS308 to TP link SG105 (V5). Both switches are unmanaged. The Neatgear is working because i connect directly from my wall RJ45 to my laptop we are golden but add the TP switch not always. One TP switch is awake it is great, but it goes to sleep nearly every night. 

How do I disable sleep on that switch?

How do I force a wake up to the TP switch?
