Connects to network but without internet access

Model : TL-WA5210G
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP : Comcast cable
Configured the WA5210G, connected with one of several laptops and it shows that we are connected to the network
but "Local Access Only", no internet connection. We can see and connect to our TP-Link N600 wireless router just fine
but not to the WA5210G. Set the WA5210G to AP mode and then to Repeater mode, still no internet.
I can ping 192.168.1.254 from the wired configuring laptop OK, but from the wireless laptop the ping give me error code 1231
We are using simple WEP security 64bit. Tried resetting and re-configuring but with the same results, "Local Access only"
