Why my eap225 outdoor V1 disconnected in the Omada controller ( eap heartbeat missed)? Where is the problem? Please help

This is the definition of Heartbeat Missed given in the UG of the Omada SDN Controller.

 

 

Are you using Omada Software Controller that is installed on a PC?

If it's installed on a PC, it's recommended to connect the PC to your network via cable for a more stable connection.

To test the connectivity between the controller and EAP, you could ping the EAP's IP from the controller host.

Yes, using Omada software that installed in to a PC. my EAP225 and the pc connected to the same Modem
