Hello TP-Link Community!

I'm looking for some advice on setting up a TL-R470T+ Load Balancer with two ISP's.

ISP 1 - Sky DSL - I have the Sky Q Router which they provided which has an IP Address and default gateway of 192.168.1.1

ISP 2 - EE 4G - Have a TP-Link Archer MR600 AC1200 4G Router, which by default also has an IP Address and default gateway of 192.168.1.1

Both work fine independently. When I connect them to the TL-R470T+, whichever connected first seems to be fine, and the second one does not connect. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly), that this was due to the duplication of the IP addresses of the routers.

So I changed the ISP2 router to have an IP address and default gateway of 192.168.1.2

Now both are picked up by the TL-R470T on the WAN side. The TL-R470T (hereafter called load balancer as it's quicker to type), has the IP address 192.168.0.1 and the DHCP server is enabled. This then connects to 5 TP-Link EAP's through 3 switches. (It's a farm!). I can access the admin page of one of the routers from a laptop on the LAN, but I cannot access the other. i.e. I can get to the ISP2 router at 192.168.1.2 but not the ISP1 router at 192.168.1.1. If I then turn off the ISP2 router, I can access the ISP1 routers management page.

So, my questions are:

1. If using 2 ISP's with the load balancer, what should be set as the load balancer side IP addresses for the two routers? i.e. is 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 for the routers correct)

2. Should it be possible to access the management pages of both through the load balancer? (The answer to this might be no, if the load balancer is taking a view on where to route the traffic, though I would have thought for a local IP address this wouldn't be a problem.)

My apologies if I've missed out any key information, any advice would be most welcome.
