How to setup TM Unifi business to TL-ER6120?

Hello,
The TM Unifi is the internet service provider, am I right? If you are asking how to set up internet on the ER6120, there is nothing special, just connect the TM Unifi modem to the WAN port of the ER6120, configure WAN connection with the info provided by the TM Unifi, that's all.

Do you need to setup the Internet with VLAN ID? In my opinion, you could contact TM Unifi to confirm all the necessary information that requires to be configured on the router, then contact TP-Link support to assist you setup the Internet.
