Connect to External VPN Server

Model: TL-R600VPN

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206

Dear Community!

We have this topology:

Location A -> TL-R600 VPN

DataCenter -> VPN Server Running L2TP

Location B -> TL-R600 VPN

We would like to connect A to Datacenter and B to Datacenter ...

Is this possible? We try to configure but the TPLINK Hardware not connect AS CLIENT to our VPN Server.
