TL-SL3428 Jetstream gigabit ports problem
Region : Others
Model : TL-SL3428
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi everyone,
we have recently purchased a pair of these switches and have problem with gigabit ports.
There are 2 optical links, one is over single-mode and second one is over multi-mode fiber optics.
One of TL-SL3428 switches serves as a core switch and is connected with MC210CS and MC200CM. (stp cat6 patch cables)
Second one is a distribution switch and is connected with MC210CS. On the other end of multi-mode link is a TL-SG1008D.
Namely, when TL-SL3428 reboots never mind the reason (power outage, maintenance reboot) gigabit ports connected to media converters just won't work. Every time this happens we have to change ports (for example rotate cables from mentioned media converters) and then all of a sudden gigabit links start to work.
This doesn't happens with same media converters and for instance TL-SL2428web.
We tried to change cables and all, but it keeps happening.
Thanks in advance
