ISP : Rogers


Installed Phone system to TL-SG5428 Switch and connected between 2 buildings by an ENGENIUS ENH210EXT Access Point but phone call are very choppy and drop, phone technician needs to config QoS to solve this problem, what do we have to do to get this problem solved by advice how to config QoS

Can you login to the web-interface of the TL-SG5428 ? There should be some configuration options about bandwidth control or QoS things in the web-interface...

Yes we know there is a QoS sub menu, but the question still what are the best setting to add a phone system and avoid phone call dropouts?
