@rtrevino, hm, interesting. I checked only SW controller before posting, but you're right, it appears in OC200.
I just asked TP-Link support whether this is intentional, waiting for answer. Update: it was not intented. Don't upgrade if you still don't have.
Meanwhile you should be able to downgrade to firmware v2.7.0, at least manually in the EAP's built-in web UI (after a factory reset).

@rtrevino, where did you get this firmware version from?
This is the firmware for Omada SDN Controller, which isn't yet released. It's not compatible with Omada Controller.

Hi @rtrevino,
I also saw the update pop-up today in Omada on my OC-200. But I refrained from updating as there are no update/change log details posted yet.

faced same issue. The controller s/w offered the update, and I just accepted. and the AP got updated successfully. Now no clients. Restarted AP and controller both, but that does not help.

Looks like the fault is limited to trhe display of client and user statistics in our case. The networking is working fine (clients are able to use the WLAN, get IP addresses, access internet, etc). Fault possibly something related with dynamic data storage/exchange between AP <--> ApplicationServer <--> Mongo DB. we were using the latestest 3.2.10 release of Linux Controller ( I see that OC200 has moved to 3.2.11). maybe another quick update for either Omada Controller or EAP225 is required to fix the fault.

Good morning folks,
same here. After the EAP225 Update 2.20.0 Build 20200422 Rel. 70513 there are no connected clients shown in the Omada Controller to the affected Access Points. But it seems to be an display issue because the Wifi works with all connected devices.
@TP-Link: please provide a quick bugfix for this.
Thank you.
Kindly regards
Ron
