EAP225 not turning on.

Model: EAP225-Outdoor

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.7

My device is EAP-225 Outdoor

My problem with the device is that it won't turned on. I've checked the PoE adapter and tested another device using it but it's okay. Also tested the power cable to other device and it turns out to be okay too! I've assumed the device is at fault here.

How do I proceed with this? I bought this in Amazon and I'm from the Philippines.

@OLIMAC, contact Amazon and apply for a RMA if the EAP is defective.
