Is there an existing open ticket for this issue? If not, how do I create one? Are there users of these EAP's that have normal 2.4Ghz performance?

Ok, so the poor 2.4ghz performance seems to be resolved. I reconfigured the 2.4 ssid a couple of times and rebooted the AP's after each change. Nothing seemed to work, but all of a sudden the performance got way better. The only thing I can think of that triggered this is that I selected the "Enable WMM" option to prioritize multi media frames for the 2.4ghz band. I think this solved the issue, alhough I have no idea why.

I now get similar performance to my previous wireless consumer grade router, which in itself is excellent news but I still would like to understand why...

Anyway, for those who experience similar issues, please try to enable WMM, it seems to help in my case.

Also seeing poor 2.4Ghz performance. Low bandwidth and even my smart lights are slow to respond to my sensors compared to my old router.

I have WMM enabled and tried changing 20/40 bandwidth to 20mhz only. No airtime fairness, beam forming, etc., enabled.

Yeah, don't hold your breath while they should fix it.. considering going back to my old router netgear r7000,it actually performed way better than this.

The most frustrating part is no one recognizes the issue..
