@blj-74 Seems like others started having this problem too: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/206364
I've tried everything, restarts, etc. Seems like a new bug...

Yeah, this is my performance when testing. On 5G i get terrific speed, but would expect aroung 50 mbit on 2.4G

The same issue on 2.4 Ghz - poor speed. EAP-225 and EAP-225-outdoor.
On 5Ghz - up to 90Mbit/s, on the same place and device on 2.4GHz - up to 10Mbit download speed (to the Internet).
On 2.4GHz very long ping - up to 50ms. with 5GHz - from 3 to 10 ms (to the local gateway mikrotik).
It is very strange..... It is happend after last EAP point firmware upgrade and EAP controller upgrade....
TP-Link do you have an fix ????

@blj-74 this is usually due to interference on the 2.4GHz band. I had the same issue, and switching to a 5GHz-only network has fixed all of the issues that I was having.

No, this performance is not due to interference. I can plug in my old router and perform many times better on the same channel.

@JeremyHiggs it is not an interference ,because in my case eap has been installed in country house. There are no more wifi points or other clutter in this area.

Issue with speed in 2.4 GHz still persist after upgrade controller to the v4.1.5 and eap225 (v3) and eap225_outdoor (v1) to the latest firmware. But the speed became a little higher. Previously, the speed was 5-10 Mbps, but now it is understood to be up to 12. Jitter is very high (No
Tp-link team, please check it again and fix the issue with speed in 2.4 GHz.
