ISP : PLDT and GLOBE

hi i just bought TL-R470T+ i will use this on my internet cafe with 20 workstation but im having a hard time configuring QOS/Traffic Control/Load Balance. my setup is dual WAN, WAN1 GLOBE ISP with 10mbps dynamic connection type and the other one is WAN2 PLDT ISP 2mbps PPPoE conn type. i want my WAN1 Globe 10mbps to handle web browsing,dowanload and upload,video streaming etc. and my WAN2 PLDT 2mbps to handle online games. Pls help me in to this because i cant get the right configuration. Im not very technical person that is why im having a hard time doing it.

If you guys can give me the best setting to do this i will very much appreciete it.
