Can EAP 110 handling 200 users simultaneously streaming youtube video in 144p quality?

3.3.3 Local User
We can setting our client to limit
- Maximum Users (1-2048)
- Rate Limit (Download)
- Rate Limit (Upload)
Can I setting like this:
- Maximum Users: 200
- Rate Limit (Download): 512Kbps or 64KBps (this rate can streaming youtube video in 144p quality without buffering)
- Rate Limit (Upload): 512Kbps or 64KBps
Can EAP 110 handling 200 users simultaneously streaming youtube video in 144p quality?
Note: my input router ISP give me Rate Limit 300Mbps or 37.5MBps

@geraikenangan, the capacity for EAP110 recommended by TP-Link is 30-50 clients depending on usage pattern and many environmental parameters such as negotiated WiFi rate, interferences and available AirTime (WiFi is a shared, half-duplex medium).
For example, in an overcrowded area your AP will not achieve enough AirTime to transfer data at full WiFi throughput which is (theoretically) possible with a N300 AP. If there is much interference, the number of re-transmissions will increase. If users have older devices or the distance to the AP exceeds certain limits, the negotiated WiFi rate between the client device and the AP will decrease. If the building's walls or ceilings are made out of reinforced concrete, overall coverage and throughput will decrease.
To serve 200 clients I would deploy at least four or five EAP225 which as an AC1350 AP has nearly twice the client capacity of an EAP110.

My ISP just give me a router with 1 WAN port and 4 LAN port
1 LAN port for my computer running EAP controller Software 24/7
So i think I will deploying 3 EAP

Hi @geraikenangan,
I would recommend that you also get an OC-200 and a small Ethernet switch (e.g. 8 port or so with or without PoE, potentially with VLAN suport). Place the switch in between your ISP's router and connect the EAP's and OC-200 to it.
Over what square area do you expect to have 200 STA's all streaming video?

It would also be interesting to compare the multi user performance/capacity of the EAP245 vs the 225. Theoretically, the 245 should support a few more simultaneous users given that it is 3x3, but only if the MU-MIMO is actually working (on both the AP and the client(s)).
Still having multiple additional 225's is a better approach if they can be spaced far enough apart,

Well my longest house user position is 250meter from my house
So its 200 user radius is 250meter in 360 degree with so many barrier (building, trees, steel,ect)
at night they all watch youtube before sleep

1 EAP110 is about IDR 520.000
2 TL-ANT2412D is about 2x380.000 = IDR 760.000
Total is about IDR 1.280.000
becouse the differen price is not significant, then which one is better range?

So better what option:

Hi @geraikenangan,
Wow, okay, that's a big area. And you are planning for a lot of users and a lot of concurrent activity. Didn't realize this was outdoor until now. I assume these are mostly smart phones/tablets which folks will use for internet access, txting, streaming, etc?
And the users are inside of their homes spread out over this area? What kinds of materials are houses/rooves made? Block, Brick, Adobe, metal?
I would definately go with the EAP225-Outdoor over the EAP110. You'll need a lot of them. Can you hardwire (Ethernet) them all? Wireless MESH doesn't work well with when you have a high degree of user concurrency.
Sticking with the Circle concept, I'd start with 5 hardwired EAP225-Outdoor in a "plus sign" configuration:

But this is still ~40 users per AP, and if the houses have cinderblock walls and metal rooves indoor signal levels are going to be poor. You might have to go to more of a 3x3 arrangement. Something like this. Or 2, 3, 2.

This will bring the number of users per EAP down to a much more manageable level and will help to get much better in building penetration. The real issue will be the clients (STA's) transmitting back to AP's. Getting their signals out of their houses up to your AP's.
I'd probably use band steering to tray and spread the users out across two radios per EAP. Alternatively, you could potentially limit clients to using the 2.4GHz radio and use the 5.8GHz for wireless MESH backhaul. Though I would strongly encourage hardwiring if you truely expect to have 200 active, concurrent user.
You'll definately need an OC-200 to manage things. I beleive the EAP225 Outdoors use 24V and not 48V, so I'm not sure a regular PoE switch will do it. You might need to use the power injectors.
Your other problem will be that Ethernet is limited to 100meters, so you'll need to put an Ethernet switch every 100m (e.g. one in the center) and wire out to each "spoke."
