TL-ER6120 WAN 2 with limited speed

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 3.0.1 Build 20180724 Rel.80086

I have 2 WANS: COPEL AND SERCOMTEL, BOTH WITH 300mbps, but only WAN1 (COPEL) is able to get full speed, when I switch to WAN 2 (by Policy Routing Rule List) I can only get 100mbps. Yes, I've changed the cables and changed the lan port from the moden, tried the speed test connected direct to the moden lan port and achieved 300mbps.
