AP starts up, but not found in software

Model: EAP330

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

EAP330 starts up when pugged in on PoE, but light remains green, no WiFi broadcast. The AP cannot be discovered.

Reset button gives no reaction.

When left off power for a full day, the AP gets online afterwards for about one week, before being dead again.

What do you mean about the "before being dead again"? This device doesn't broadcast SSID again?

Please make sure if the EAP can obtain the IP address successfully, and disable the firewall on the Controller host.
