am i missing something with acl rules?

am i not able to reorder them after the fact in the gui? it appears i need the order perfect, or i have to delete and remake them in proper order, this is madness. resquence seems like its what i want, but no, it just changes the rule numbers and not the order.

@LinkMeBaby, in my opinion this is how it is supposed to work.

You resqeuence to make room between ACL rule IDs (set step width to 5 or so) and define a new one, then delete the old one, then re-sequence again.

i see how that works, but to be honest its still terrible, i should be able to drag and drop rules or just be allowed to change rule id's, most of my other vendors have done this for years. thanks for the direction on the resequence though.
