OC200 - not connecting to cloud
I have just purchased a OC200 for my network. I have 2 EAP225s that work great. I have the software contoller installed on my PC. I have the OC200 powered by the usb and the network plugged into the poe port. I do have internet connection. When i try to bind the OC200 it says Failed to add your Cloud Controller - device not found. I have reset the OC200 and i can get to the 192.168.0.253 recovery page. I reboot and then nothing. It looks like it does not connect to internet. I have looked at my DHCP list and i dont see it. Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise i will just return and use the software controller on my PC.

Now there is a serious flu in our country and we are not allowed to the office for now, that's why you cannot contact us via the phone.
But you can still contact us via the chat or the forum, and we will try to help you when we see your feedback.

I have the exact same problem.
I was able to log on to the OC200 at 192.168.0.253 from an offline laptop plugged directly into it. When I moved it to a connected port, tried to discover it through the cloud, it said it couldn't and that the firmware was not compatible.
I upgraded to the newest firmware, did a factory reset, and still can't connect to the internet.
I plugged the OC200 into a T1500G-10MPS, also with the most recent firmware which supports Omada. I confirmed that I can get an IP address from the port I was plugged into, and made sure that the port was tagged for all of my VPNs, even though tech support said that shouldn't matter.
I don't see a way to assign a static address to the OC200 within my subnets. Everything is working properly, but the OC200 does not ever get the Cloud LED to flash.
I'm going to blow up my entire network anyway, switching to a ER605 router, but I still want this to work right anyway.

Hi I have similar issue, I can not connect to Omada OC 200 Hardware Controller via cloud from the Android Omada App.
Application allows me to connect to OC 200 from local network, Controller is bound to cloud account and it is accessible via TpLink web based cloud.
I have two EAP 245 connected, OC 200 Hardware Controller:
Version 4.4.6
Firmware 1.9.3 Build 20210914 Rel.39903
All stuff EAPs, Android App, Hardware Controller have been updated to the latest versions.
Worth to note that this cloud Access via Android App was working about 2-3 weeks ago. Maybe some APK update has broken it?
Please help!
If required I can try to grab Android ADB logcat logs, when trying to connect.
Best,
Krystian Kostecki.

@Airwik Same Issue. Same screen. Only options are the reboot or reset. I have done both. I have no problem after a reset to connect to the default 192.168.0.253, but can only reboot or reset. There are no options to configure it. There is no IP address that can be found through scanning the network or using the MAC to identify it. This happened after a firmware upgrade reboot, so I am thinking something went wrong.

Hello,
this is already a scandal. My cloud access does not work. Restarting won't help either. Still some problems. Does anyone have a solution?
