CAP300 - cannot log in
I'm trying to set this up:

...and rapidly getting nowhere, in that the browser login keeps timing out. I've checked my computer's ip address and it's fine. I've reset the device, no luck. Tried logging in from an iPad, different browser, still nothing.
On a forum it's been mentioned that the date can reset itself in TP-Link gear and cause problems logging in. Obviously I can't update the firmware or check the date without logging in.
It's powered over ethernet and I'm logging in via wifi.
