Multicast packets 224.0.1.51 not transmitted through CPE510

Hello,
I have two pairs of CPE 510 V1 which are not allowing multicast packets to pass through. I don't think that they have ever worked for this function.
On the network segment that contains the server, the packets are generated by IP 10.6.1.222 and they are all received by devices on that segment.
On the network segment that contains the client, the packets are not detected by wireshark.
The CPE510 are in AP and Client mode, MAXStream is enabled and IGMP is disabled.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks for your reply. Please see below. There are actually two links but they are both as the pattern below. There are no other issues with network performance and the client department has domain PC, printers etc. all running fine, just no pass through of UDP multicast..
