Good day everyone,
I'm new here in the community, may ask for an advice, we are planning to have a Wifi HotSpot business, we will be using OC200, 2 EAP 110 indoor, 2 EAP 225 indoor, and 1 EAP 225 outdoor, may I know if how many wifi clients each AP can handle running @2mbps each?, is the OC200 capable of generating at least 500 vouchers a day?and be able to handle 150-200 concurrent voucher users?..is voucher error during authentication is common with OC200? Thanks in adavance for answering my questions

Welcome to this communiity. Let me answer your questions.
1. May I know if how many wifi clients each AP can handle running @2mbps each?
We recommend you to connect no more than 30 clients at each band. That is, for EAP110, it is signal band AP, so please connect no more than 30 clients to this AP. For EAP225 indoor and EAP225-Outdoor, they are dual-band AP, so you can connect about 30 clients at each band. The real number of clients is related to the traffic, wireless environment, etc.
2. Is the OC200 capable of generating at least 500 vouchers a day?
We can create up to 500 Voucher codes at one time. If you want to create more codes, you need to create the code again. But we don't limit the number of code.
3. and be able to handle 150-200 concurrent voucher users?
As I said, one singal AP can support 30 clients and dual-band AP can support 60 clients. And you have 4 EAPs, so it should can support 150-200 clients.
4. .is voucher error during authentication is common with OC200?
We have never met voucher error during authentication. Don't worry about it. When you use the voucher, please make sure the OC200 is connected to the switch or router normally.

@jlink26 FYI i stand corrected on the print selected vouchers, I was using a operator acct for the longest time and just realized that OC200 got a firmware upgrade last august. It fix this hassle. Thanks btw! :)

EAP and OC are very good wifi hotspot solutions from my experience but Heads up on the 500 vouchers, it can create 500++ vouchers but you'll get a head ache / mouse / wrist ache if you need to print another batch of 100+ vouchers while having any exsisting unused vouchers, as you can only use the print unused vouchers and selected vouchers (this is the annoying part), when you select all in OC200 it means all as in all even if you don't see it on the list your are currently viewing. So if you still got 2 or more stations / sites to avail your voucher and one site needs to restock 100+ vouchers and got a total of 100+ unused vouchers, you need to manually select the 100 new vouchers and print it, it a little bit hassle but its still doable. I only got 2 EAPs that are 80ft -120ft a apart (using mesh) and 3 stores selling the vouchers.
