Model: TL-ER5120
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20140212 Rel.36037

Hello. I have just had the Comcast residential upgraded to the new 1gigabit connections with a new modem. When I connect any of my computers directly to this new modem I get speeds in excell of 800Mbps. The issue is, when I connect it to my TL-ER5120, the speeds drop to under 250Mbps. According to the specs it should have a throughput of 800Mbps. Perhaps I have a setting wrong. Could someone point me in the right directions. My normal setup is as follows

Port 1: Comcast residential (1gig)

Port 2: Verizon business

Port 3: Comcast business

Port 4: Empty

Port 5: Lan

Through testing I have only the comcast residential and the Lan hooked up and still the speeds are limited. I appreciate any help you all can give.

I saw the datasheet of ER5120 V2 and found that its NAT throughput is 350M. And this testing result is under the professional testing tools. So actual speed is less than 350M. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/449/
