Model: TL-ER5120
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.1 Build 20180706 Rel.58151

One of my WAN is a fiber 200kbps. Here it is:

When I check the speed, connecting through the router, it drops to 93kbps. Connecting directly to the modem it works fine at 200kbps.

I've tried to the change cable already.

Please HELP!

When the data pass the router, it needs to be converted by NAT. So when you connect the device to the router, may not get the speed that connected to the modem directly.

Your WAN is 200kbps, it's too small. Maybe you mean 200Mbps? Your picture shows you set 200000kbps downstream bandwidth. If you have multiple WAN ports, you can try to connect only one WAN to test.

Check the speed of your connection properties on PC. I bet it is not 1Gbps, but 100Mbps, so your network card support 100M maximum speed.

Btw, how is it fiber, if tl-er5120 doesn't have SFP ports? Do you use mediaconverter? Is it gigabit?
