Firmware Version: Omanda Controller 3.1.4

Hi guys, badly need your help. so please

I'm having a problem in my EAP225 Outdoor accesspoint. Once I adopt the EAP in Omanda Controller, afterwads the Omada Controller says connected and provisioning but then suddenly says disconnected. The EAP disappears in the controller as well as the SSID in wifi. You have to hard reset on it to back in normal. Please help I'd already spent too much time into this and it doesnt work.

Any idea?

You can have problem with adapting sometimes. Usually I solve it by trying and trying and once it works normally, while sometimes I save backup configuration, and just totally re-install controller with mongoDB. Btw, you can do it the same, as there is a new controller 3.1.13. Upgrade EAP's fw also.
