Model: TL-R600VPN

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 140801

Hi All !

I have problem with DDNS on that VPN router, when I make chack box "Enable DDNS" router first write "connecting" next immediattely going to unmanagment state : no ping, no web access etc... After that if I make hardware reset ( power down , power up ) with removed cabel from WAN port the router be accessible from LAN over web. And if I make uncheck box "Enable DDNS" all other services work ok without problms.

I make check my domain and account at no-ip.com on Archer C50 (AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Router) - DDNS work OK without problems.

Please help me.

P.S. I make recheck that at next one TL-R600VPN router out from box, that problem with DDNS are present too....

What is the other router's hardware/firmware version?

that router work with no-ip.com withot problem

Firmware Version:	1.2.3 Build 140801 Rel.49374n
Hardware Version:	R600VPN v2 00000000

that router has problems with no-ip.com.

You can try to upgrade the V3 firmware. I have tried it. V2 can upgrade the V3 firmware.

Yes ! Now I successfully make update my router to V3.0 version :

Firmware Version:	1.3.0 Build 160803 Rel.64469n
Hardware Version:	R600VPN v3 00000000

And YES ! Now DDNS update with www.no-ip.com work without problems !!!
