Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20181107 Rel. 35628(4555)

Hallo,

Lg

The value of Rx errors and Tx errors is  not equal to zero, which means that some packets are lost when data is transmitted. Here are some suggestions you can try:

1. Change the channel of the EAP. When the channgel is congested, the packets is easily to lost, so just select an unused channel.

2. The Rx errors are due to the  Radio interferences from neighboring Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cordless phones, Cellular phones, Speakers, Microwave Ovens, Fans, and even Florescent lamps. If this is happening to your AP, you may want to tweak the Channel, Bluetooth coexistence mode, and dissociate the AP from any sources of interference.

3. Adjust the tx power. If the tx power is too low, the wireless coverage will be respectively small, it is easy for the clients to lose the packets.
