T2600G-28TS V3 cannot update to V4.
V2 can update to V3. But need to re-configure the switch. And we cannot downgrade to V2 after upgrade to V3.

What? This is not true. I am sure, I did downgrade from v3 to v2 a lot of times. At least from 180201(v3) to 170928(v2)
