i think it can work the configuration.

If you ave 2ìthe 2 EAP on 2 different site there are no problems.

if you have the 2 EAP on the same site you need to create 2 different VLAN and 2 different DHCP scope on the VLAN.

In the secon case the laptop must disconnect to the first EAP and reconnect to the secon EAP.

Do you mean you set same SSID of these two EAP245v3 and the wireless client will connect with the SSID automatically if clients switch between these two EAP245v3? 

Yes, wireless clients can roaming from one EAP245v3 to another EAP245v3 automatically if these two EAP245v3 have same SSID configuration. And EAP245v3 support Fast Roaming function.

In fact, they will. but how quick they can swift the IP depends on the clients and the two DHCP servers.

The scenario you described actually out of the scope of the APs.

You got two different DHCP subnets, once the client switch from one AP to other AP, they will have to renew their IP and then fail and then obtain a new IP from the new DHCP server. The time consumption of this process will vary from different clients.
