Please, I want to Know why a customer can not monitor his time usage on his phone when he is logged in? Is there a way to configure it on omada? I use eap 225 outdoor.

I think you are using EAP225 in standalone mode, you can go to Monitoring->Client->User list to check for the Active time of wireless Clients.
No eleven, I am using omada software, and I can successfully monitor users time. But a customer or user who buys a voucher and log in can not monitor his own time remaining... I hope you understand my point. I have looked for ways to set it up in omada but didn't get it. I just think that function has not been incorporated into omada software. That will be great if TP can add that in next update of the software...
