TP-R470T+ to TP-LINK TL-SG1016D 16-Port to EAP110
Ok so I have just set up a new network with two isp's coming in, I am now having issues with some pc not connecting to the internet via a LAN cable from the switch and some will connect with no issues. also the EAP110 i can connect via an iPhone with internet but none of the pc's or laptop's will not connect to the internet. i am new to this but once i set it up everything was working as expected. any ideas?

It sounds strange. In my opinion, your topology like this:
R470T+-----TL-SG1016D----EAP110
TL-SG1016D is the unmanaged switch. As you said, some PCs can not access the internt via R470T+, Did you configure some security setting in R470t？
As ACL, MAC filter, IP filter and so on.
