What type of cable do you use? UTP (unshielded)? S/UTP (screen shielded)? S/FTP (screen shielded with foiled twisted pairs)? Normal patch cable or outdoor cable?
I use CAT.5e U/FTP outdoor cable (that's foil-shielded twisted pairs) with 24 AWG solid wires, which has better impedance than normal patch cable with stranded wires. RJ45 connectors should be shielded, too. I get full FastEthernet speed over 25m (a CPE) and 35m (a WBS).
If you have heavy interferences/noise on the cable run - such as caused by nearby power lines etc. - you might consider use of S/FTP double shielded cable (that's screen shielded and foil-shielded TP) and/or increase the distance of the cable to the power lines.
As for the distance problem at 50m, you mean WiFi coverage gets bad? That's caused by your WiFi device (smart phone, tablet, laptop). First, the CPE has two directional antennas with a relatively small beam width (compared to omnidirectional antennas), which concentrate RF energy in one direction. Second, consumer WiFi devices have bad antennas - often just a piece of small metal -, which often reach their limit depending on the WiFi mode at 50m (802.11b/g), 70m (802.11n) or ~100m (5 GHz). Nothing unusual.

Not recommended, since it's unshielded and lacks a ground wire. What's more, you don't need a CAT.6 cable. CAT.5e is sufficient.
Search for "Outdoor Rated Shielded Cat5e Ethernet Cable" and try to get one from a WiFi shop which often sell such cables for outdoor APs ready for use.
On Amazon I only found a bulk cable which is very expensive, so that's just for information: https://www.amazon.in/ACL-Direct-Outdoor-Shielded-Ethernet/dp/B074TFKDK4/
You don't need a 300m spool I guess, so try to find a WiFi shop which pre-assembles such a cable for the length you need.
