how to maintain load balance doubling speed

Hello every one
After several trials I could configure my TP-Link TL-R480T+ router to nearly double my 2 DSL routers (wan 1 is around 14 mb/s and wan 2 is the same and after doubling they measured around 24-26 mb/s). The speed is at the best conditions after restarting the load balance router but after a while, may be one hour or so, the speed starts to decline till it returns back as if I am using one DSL source (from 26 mb/s to around 14 mb/s). So any suggestions to maintain the speed as long the router is functioning.
