EAP110 outdoor with vlan/multi-ssid via powerline possible???
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hello.
My plan is, that i will get a EAP110 (outdoor) and mount it on a wall of a side building. Problem is, that there is no easy way to connect it via LAN-cable - there is no access for the cable.
An idea could be, that i use powerline to get internet connection to that side building, because electricity (cables) is available.
...tested this with a TP-Link TL-PA7020P Kit an got connected with a notebook.
But what about multi-ssid and vlan???
Vlan functionality is defined in IEEE802.1Q but that powerline-kit only supports IEEE1901, IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u and IEEE802.3ab
???
Seems, that this won't work or am i wrong?
