Hello, I need to be able to provide support for the TP Link TL-SG3216 remote connection configuration. Direct Connection from outside the Lan Network (example: house to office), not from VPN.

Hi, you need to have a dynamic ip in the lan where is cabled the switch.
Later you must set a virtual server rule (port forwarding) on your router to be able to contact tcpip port 80 of the switcth.
For example if your dynamic ip address is yuorname.noip.com and the address of your switch is 192.168.1.100 you must set a port forward rule on your router for example tcpip 8083 -> 80 for 192.168.1.100.
Now, outside of your lan, you must type http://yuorname.noip.com:8083 and you will able to see login of tplink switch.

You should not use DHCP for stationary devices such as switches inside your LAN. Use a static IP for the switch. I assume that AINEMORF did mean a dynamic DNS entry (DynDNS) for the IP assigned by your ISP for the WAN interface of your router. Anyway, remote connections don't require to change anything in the switch - you just have to install a port forwarding on your router. To do so, you need a static IP for the switch.

That's no problem, since you use the dynamically assigned domain name, not the IP. Your router needs to support DynDNS (which most business-class and even better consumer routers do). If not, you have to find out the IP assigned by the ISP to be able to connect. But this does not concern the switch.
